Aflatunes

Aflatunes, an organic no-instruments band, was conceived by Navarun Roy and Anish Nair and came into existence in August 2014. Their intriguing and creative style of music has merged the diverse musical genres of beat-boxing and acapella making them quite an unconventional musical group. Navarun Roy, the front-man of the group, is one of the country's most popular and influential beat-boxers. Other members include Anish Nair, Aruna Jade, Nilay Singh, Jennifer Mike Fernandes, Ruchee Anna Verghese, Dany Marshal, Jaimish Ashar, and Pearl Alex. The idea of no instruments and only vocals matched up with how these individuals mime instruments, has stirred up some great entertainment for their audiences. The band aims to evolve the concept of no-instrument music to a whole new level and keep making more and more fun music.
